The Archangels are
wise and loving guardians of the human race. In
this series I chose to portray them as winged people
in the traditional manner, to signify an exalted state
of existence. I wanted to convey their love, their
humor and their ability to see to our very core without
judgment. They are drawn as They presented themselves
to me, perhaps stretching the usual depiction of angels
in order to be more accessible to our humanity. We
wish to transcend any particular race or religion to
allow for the universal. They are ever-present
and willing to help those who ask.
