Arjuna (pronounced 'Areena') Estul is a visionary dancer
in that her approach to dance is intuitive, incorporating
belly dance and inspired by different world dance
traditions. She allows them to merge into an authentic
language of movement that is a unique expression
of the joy innate in her soul. Sacred belly
dance is a playful, sensuous dance honoring life. Through
the joyous physical, the dancer opens to the divine
and seeks to bridge the two. Dance is an ancient
form of communication, of devotion and celebration.
Arjuna
has performed at art openings, weddings, celebrations,
festivals and fund raisers in and around Santa Fe,
New Mexico. She would be honored to share this
playful yet reverent dance form at your next event.
